These flowers were already old when they were delivered. Within hours the roses were browning and drooping, and by the next morning the entire arrangement was wilted. This is the second time I've received flowers from this florist with the same problem. The way they died so quick you think there was no water included with the flowers.. but there was.. These were not cheap flowers. I've had supermarket bouquets last longer. Even flowers from a random field on the side of the road may last longer. Such a bummer, they were decent looking for the couple of hours I had them The shop's response was to tell me to drive 45 minutes to pick up another arrangement. No refund, no replacement delivery, and no real effort to resolve the issue. Poor quality and poor customer service.

The service was great , I had ordered flowers elsewhere and my order had gotten lost so I was worried about that happening again. The lady I spoke to assured me they would make sure the flowers would go directly to my daughter n law rather than handed off to someone else. She recieved her flowers as promised and they were beautiful!

I’ve used Lemon Tree for several years & have ALWAYS been incredibly pleased with their arrangements. However, recently they made arrangements for my Mother’s Remembrance. The arrangements Lemon Tree created were STUNNING. Beyond anything I could have thought of. A mixture of (silk) magnolias, fresh roses & fresh greenery. MAGNIFICENT. Each arrangement was individually perfect. I didn’t realize how impactful the arrangements would be at the Remembrance. Our guests all commented on them. My family loved them. Mom would have been so pleased. Chris, & the entire staff at Lemon Tree are above & beyond. Job always WELL DONE.

I genuinely don’t even know where to begin. If I could give 1,000 stars I would. The flowers for my wedding didn’t just meet my expectations β€” they completely exceeded every single one of them and then some. From our very first conversation, I felt understood, but what was created on the actual day was beyond anything I could have imagined. They were unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Every arrangement was absolutely breathtaking. They took my inspiration and brought it to life in way I couldn’t have ever imagined in my wildest dreams!!! What meant the most to me was how personal and thoughtful everything felt. It was clear that so much care, creativity, and heart went into every detail. Walking into our wedding space and seeing everything come together was one of the most surreal, incredible moments of the entire day. If you are even considering booking them β€” do it. They didn’t just provide flowers; they created art and helped make our wedding day feel like an absolute dream come true. I am forever grateful.

I assisted my sister-in-law in deciding on a casket spray for her husband. We wanted something out of the ordinary, as my brother-in-law wasn’t the typical flowery spray type. We took them some pictures we had found and discussed what we wanted with them. We were absolutely blown away by the final product. It was perfect and exactly what we wanted….lots of greenery, an outdoorsy look, that incorporated one of his caps and his favorite belt. We also ordered a flower arrangement from his Dad and siblings to complement the casket spray that was simply amazing. I would recommend Lemon Tree florist to anyone and would definitely use them again.
